Rates below relates to delivery within Australia only.  We do ship overseas and shipping will be calculated using Australia Post overseas rates and added on extra to the order value stated on the order confirmation.

Delivery is mainly via Australia Post. Large and bulky parcels will be delivered via a courier and the receiver needs to sign for the parcel. In these cases a delivery notification will be e-mailed to you.

If you need express post delivery, please contact us so we can estimate the additional cost based on your total order. Please allow 2 days for express delivery.

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours. Please allow at least 3 working days delivery to capital cities and 3 to 5 working days delivery to regional and country areas.

If you are paying by bank deposit, your payment has to be cleared before dispatch.
