We like you to be happy with your purchase. You are able to return or exchange any item, as long as the products are returned to us in its original and unused condition.

Conditions

All returned products must be:

  1. Unused, unopened and in original condition.
  2. Clean and undamaged.
  3. Returned within 14 days of delivery.
  4. In a saleable condition upon return.
Exceptions

The exceptions to returns and exchange are:

  • Goods on sale.

You are responsible for the postage cost and risk of returning the goods. Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. A damaged item will not be refunded or exchanged.

Return of Faulty Goods

We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged and will refund a reasonable return delivery costs.  Faulty goods must be notified to us immediately upon receipt and returned to Nordic Designs within 14 days of receipt.

How to return

  • outline why you are returning the product
  • mention whether you would like to exchange or a refund
  • state your contact details and purchase date
  • provide copy of your original invoice with the return

Refunds

Upon receiving your return we will either do a refund on you credit card or send a new replacement product.

If the reason for return is not to do with a faulty item, the refund will not include original postage charge. New postage will apply in order to send an exchange product.
